Faculty Award nominations:

Adjunct of the Year - The Adjunct Faculty of the Year Awards honor one adjunct faculty member from each division who demonstrates excellence in teaching. These awards will be given annually. Nominations are a one-page letter, written by the nominee’s department chair, detailing the nominee’s outstanding teaching performance as evidenced by teaching observations, teaching evaluations, and/or other teaching related activities. At the beginning of each spring term, the CTL’s Adjunct Committee will solicit nominations for the Adjunct of the Year Awards. Nomination letters are to be submitted by the department chair on this page by April 1. The Adjunct Committee will meet in April to review nominations, and award recipients (one per academic division) will be chosen by May 1. Each award recipient will receive a cash award of $250.00 and be recognized at the Faculty Awards Ceremony in September of each year.
