Our approach to digital transformation is informed by research, empathy, and a commitment to social justice. The New Possible in Teaching and Learning is going to require all of us – faculty and staff – to be more innovative and agile as we use technology to better meet students’ diverse learning needs and successfully address systemic inequalities. The CTL/eLearning/Innovation Lab co-location on the third floor of Building 4 is our signal fire that there is no return to a pre-Covid “normal,” and that it is through collaboration that we will continuously iterate, reflect on, and improve pedagogies of care, curriculum design, instructional design, and learning technologies.
